Privacy

What we store

Your name, your email, your DUPR ID and rating, and your registration and payment status for each event you enter. If you opt in to text messages, we also store the mobile number you give us — see Text messages for what we send and how to stop.

Card details

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

What is public

Every player has a public player card showing your name, your photo if you have added one, your DUPR rating and DUPR ID, and your tournament results — never your email. You can turn your card off from your account, and then it won't be shareable or appear in search.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account removes your name, photo, and DUPR. Past results stay as part of the event record but are shown as "Deleted player."

Who else sees your data

Stripe for payments, our email provider for the emails we send you, and the director of an event you register for.

Advertising

We use a Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure how well our ads work.
