Text messages from Pickle Pot
Court assignments, check-in reminders, and messages from your tournament director for events you register for. Nothing else. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
What we’ll text you
We send three kinds of texts, all tied to an event you’ve registered for. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
Court assignment
Sent when your match is claimed onto a court. It names the court and your opponents, with a link to submit your score.
Pickle Pot: You’re up on Court 3 vs Alex & Sam (3.5 division). Submit your score: playpicklepot.com/s/ab12cd — Reply STOP to opt out
Check-in reminder
Sent once when your division’s check-in window opens.
Pickle Pot: Check-in is open for the 3.5 division at Moneyball, Sept 19. Check in from your account: playpicklepot.com/account — Reply STOP to opt out
Tournament director messages
Event-day operational messages (delays, court changes, schedule updates) sent to teams the director selects.
Pickle Pot: Courts 5 and 6 are down; 3.5 pool play now starts at 10:15am. — Reply STOP to opt out
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box when you register for an event at playpicklepot.com, or from the Texts section of your account page. The box is never checked for you.
How often
Message frequency varies. Texts are tied to events you have registered for: a typical event day is a handful of messages (roughly 3–10) across the day, and nothing between events.
How to stop
Reply STOP to opt out from any Pickle Pot text. You’ll get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help and you’ll get contact information. You can also clear the consent box on your account page at any time. A STOP is handled by your carrier, so it stays in effect until you text START.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Pickle Pot never charges you for texts.
Your number
We use your number only to send the messages described on this page. We never sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing. Contact [email protected] with questions or removal requests.
