What Pickle Pot is
Pickle Pot is a platform for running cash-prize doubles pickleball tournaments. You use it to find an event, register a team, check in, and follow your matches.
Events are run by directors
The director of each event sets the entry fee, the divisions and their combined-DUPR bands, the schedule, and the payouts, and is responsible for running the event itself.
Your account
Keep your name, email, and DUPR accurate. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Waiver
If the event has a liability waiver, the registering captain agrees to it at registration and the partner signs it at check-in. You see the full text before you agree — see Format & rules.
Payments and refunds
Entry fees are charged through Stripe, which processes the payment. Refunds follow the refund policy, and entries are non-refundable once registration closes.
Fair play
Call your lines honestly, and respect your opponents and the director. See Format & rules for the code of conduct.

These terms can change. The current version is always the one on this page.
